FERTILITY

An issue very close to my own heart and something I am very passionate and knowledgeable on.
The majority of people will get pregnant naturally within a year or two of trying, but unfortunately it is not that easy for everyone. A consultant will help with the physical issues and explore the best options that are available, some couples struggle with fertility and the cause often remains unknown.  Fertility causes immense stress and a rollercoaster of emotions - this is something that i can help with.
Your lifestyle can have some impact on your ability to conceive, if you are less stressed and making positive healthy decisions it means your body is more relaxed. Stress can cause tremendous changes to your body impacting on the overall health.
Prolonged periods of anxiety or stress can disrupt the production of hormones that are needed for ovulation, implantation and sperm quality. 


  Hypnosis can help you to:·

STRESS

Stress is your body's natural reaction to feeling under pressure or threatened.  It is quite common and can be motivating to help us achieve things in our daily life, and help us meet demands like work, home and family life.  Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension, it can come from events, or thoughts that make you angry, nervous or frustrated.  

  

Some stress can be healthy as it is a natural state that produces stress hormones to release into the body causing a fight or flight response when we are in some kind of danger. 


Symptoms of stress:


· Constant worrying and overthinking 

· Feeling tense or agitated

· Lack of motivation or interest 

· Poor sleep 

· Panic Attacks 

· Teeth grinding

· Weakened immune system

· Lack of sex drive
